Please DO NOT complete this form until you have attended at least one club meeting – you are entitled to 3 free meetings anyway before you need to pay your fees.
Membership fee is £16 for the 2025/26 season (March 2025 – February 2026). Join anytime between October 2025 and February 2026, and your membership will be valid until February 2027.
An additional £20 is required if you wish to join UK Athletics (this goes straight to the organisation itself, but you must apply through the club). The benefits of joining them can be found under “How to join our club” under Membership. It is also worth noting that if you wish to enter the ballot for the club’s place in the London Marathon (you must be a fully paid up member by the end of February 2025) and compete in the Chiltern cross-country league this season (It begins in Oct 2025 and is free to club members), then you MUST be a member of UK Athletics.
Please note that should you wish to pay via bank transfer, which is preferable, our bank details will appear below as soon as you submit your application. Alternatively you can pay in cash on your next club night. You may also pay by card on a club night, but you must give us prior notice of your wish to do so at least 7 days beforehand.
